Lousy System: ST Online

After so many years, ST Online still hasn't gotten their act together on many simple things in the online version of the newspaper. This happens so often. A user logged out and another can't get in and had to wait for 'timeout'

Their software development team is third rate. Their iPad software has been  revamped and it still crashes easily. This Jump Reader to replace the old one is worse than the one before. Unlike previously, it can't even render the fonts properly. Sigh! That's what you get when they are too dominant. Ditto Singtel, StarHub, M1, SMRT, SBS, MediaCorp...standards have fallen and keep falling here. Even SQ is struggling and not winning.

Indeed we are creeping to becoming like any other country.
