Retiring our quietest fan

Retired the second and last Iona fan bought more than a decade ago today. We have never owned a fan as quiet as this one. It was so silent that we often forgot to switch it off. Unfortunately it was also badly designed. The base was too small and light giving it a high center of gravity. Needless to say, it topple over fairly often until one day it could not suffer under misfortune.

Now our quietest fan belongs to the aircon. It is even quieter than my Notebook cooler pad.
