Conserving Pearl Bank

We passed up buying a unit here twice. The first time, my parents turned it down in favor of Braddell View. Years later when I got married and the HDB wouldn't let us buy a new flat from them, the officer took the initiative to interest us among several other HUDC developments, Pearl Bank too.

No regrets. Didn't think it is so special that it should stand forever.
