Found Anton Casey II?

So they have identified the rude guy but we cannot be sure he is the second Anton Casey. If I were the driver, I would have just waited for the opportunity to switch lane. I would honk at the scooter if he had forced me to make an emergency stop but that wasn't the case here. I thought it strange Mark Franklin would have issued the driver a middle finger gesture without provocation. This is why we mustn't allow the public to play vigilante because it often fail in that role. Unlike Anton Casey I, this one is ambiguous.

I think we shouldn't blow this one out of proportion.
