Woke up this morning to 26C temperature. It is still raining outside. Perhaps it had rained through much of the night.
One of the first thing I noticed is an email from a friend telling me that her bungalow near to Teo Chee Hean's and the US ambassador's houses was flooded yesterday. The water fortunately did not go beyond ankle deep but their Turkish carpet was as good as done.
At least I didn't wake up at an unearthly hour like I had for the past several days. I wonder what is in store for us when it comes to unpredictable flooding going forward. Yesterday, another friend had taken photos of the flooding near Lien Towers. I drive pass there everyday.
