This is the second time I caught him speeding in the car park (dangerous driving) and so I am making a record of it here.

By the way, he parked at a season lot. I don't believe he lives here. Now I suddenly remember. Once I saw See Ai Mee parked along Jalan Jelita. That road is frequently visited by the TP then. I wondered why she risked it.
