We are also reasonable. I really hated their "don't worry" and previously their over selling. I feel that they were shifting toward being like any politician in other countries. The drift was slow but it was there.
I am glad for this speech; for his mea culpa. Well also again and again as much as they try to make sense of what is happening around the world, how it is affecting us today, they are quite limited here. The ride would be uncomfortably turbulent, at times scary even. Can't be helped but they ought to go outside and improve their "making sense of the world" ability.
