Respect for Ah Lao. He doesn't care what others think. Ride a cheap but perfectly usable bike and with all the wrong accessories: white gloves, work site hard hat etc.,

Saves plenty of $$$.

As you grow old you have to mature and what's inside must now come out to replace a worn body. Sadly I see many people struggling to keep their youth. Docs like the late Richard Teo were helping them achieved that for those with means. But the wise ones, what did they do?

This time I am not going to use Mother Teresa, which I refer to so often. See Audrey Hepburn. Age wore away her stunningly beautiful face and in its place a magnificent beauty that reached out to others. You can't get here without self confidence. I don't know the Ah Lao in the pic but you need to stop worrying about what others think first.
