An unwelcome discovery so near to CNY. After the weeks of noise from the renovations upstairs this is what had developed. The ceiling is leaking. I went to upstairs to inform the neighbor about it. He kindly showed into his apartment. Sitting above this part of the ceiling is their washing machine. They are going to inform their contractor immediately. These are the contractors that asked to inspect th drain in my master bedroom. I was puzzled that they are unfamiliar with something so common.
