Ikea lying low about their meat balls

Just came in the email and immediately forwarded FYI to wifey and telling her that Ikea took care not to propose meat balls.

I had wanted to blog about their meat balls earlier. Every Ikea restaurant sells them as Swedish meat balls but I think you will only have the authentic balls in the Nordic states! Every else we must take care to know that only the concept and recipe is Swedish.

In an inflationary environment Ikea continues to cut prices. Surely something must give and I have found out at least that's true with their alkaline batteries.

I have often wondered how Daiso continue t keep to their everything $2 strategy. Cross subsidies? More opportunities with goods at that price point?
