My broadband connection has been down since about 9.30pm last night. I am now using HSDPA access. The service light is still not cooperating. Gotta to call Singtel later.
Just called Singtel but they are not open to take calls until 8am. 15 more mins to go.,
Got back. Called Singtel and a tech by the name of
Farah was very polite and helpful. Asked me to try swapping the DSL filter but it didn't solve the problem. She has arranged for a service person to come between 2 and 4pm.
I just tried to solve it myself with modest success. I simply reconnect my old Linksys modem. It works but intermittently. Not a good experience and now I am back with my dongle on the Notebook.
