Unreliable Car Wash

Happened to meet Samy last night. Asked him why he was away for so long? Difficult to communicate with him. All I could get out of him was he had some problems. Who doesn't? I asked if he was illegal, trying to avoid the Police etc., he said no. I paid him for last month wash and told him the car is on the upper deck. Now guess what? I got to the car early this morning and it wasn't washed :-( What's the matter with this guy. Most of these chaps that I have are unreliable, very different for the five years I was in Pine Grove.
