Daughter's Desktop PC problem.

Can't believe I am doing this: Capturing a PC problem in video and reporting to Acer to rectification. This is an intermittent problem that has become more regular. We need to get it fixed by the end of this month before the extended warranty expires. When they visit on Tuesday over my Desktop, I shall discuss this with the tech guy too.
