They are not coming anymore. Another vendor has taken over. At first I thought the two companies were competing but then I realized NEA will only appoint one. Fine, we are also opting out. The new company makes it very inconvenient and I don't even see their bins unless I drive by, which is often full and overflowing.
Perhaps they bid a lower price than Sembcorp Waste but the hidden cost show up elsewhere. I am sure I wouldn't be the only one who is opting out but would NEA know? Yes, after a long time and provided if they had been scrupulous with keeping statistics.
No point writing to NEA. A couple of times I was surprised how it was more effective just to blog it.
