Is Mr. Car Wash back?

Is he back or someone else has finally taken over from him. A few days ago, two cars were washed. This morning I spotted another three more. I wonder what time in the evening he comes. Sooner or later I will bump in to him. Will the fees still be $35/month. I bet it has gone up.
