Top 10 "ideal" employers 2013

Year in year out I have used this as a crude measure for the ignorance and lack of street savvy of freshly minted graduates from our universities.

I was no better when I graduated long ago, but it looks like with all the information widely available these days, these young graduates haven't become smarter.

Jason Soh commenting on Facebook put it aptly.

These twelve companies except P&G that are best for moms are different from the list above. Does it mean women should jump ship later?

Such lists are amusing but really have no practical value. Time also definitely leads to many exits and entrants. Some of these companies might even disappear from mergers and acquisitions.

  1. indeed good luck to these grads - how the hell they know who is the best employer unless the latter bs to them at the campus career talks. Good luck indeed!
