NYT on Wen Jiabao's family wealth

This story just wouldn't go away. Now that Wen Jiabao's family has engaged lawyers to sue the NYT, it is going to stay around longer. May be after early November when China has a new Premier, the media will lose interest.

Really what's new here? I thought most people in the streets of Beijing and other major cities know about the wealth of the party higher ups. When we were on holiday in Bejing in 2008, our taxi driver went on and on about the corruption of the top leaders especially Wen Jiabao because I had accidentally started him on it by comparing Zhu Ronji and him.
