To CHC members: why you so stupid?

My friend complained he had been misquoted in the ST article. Well that is often the case when you are a source among several sources for a media story. It is like you ride the same bus with others but the media assume that you are also going to the same place!

The comments left for this story on Facebook is even more interesting. I think as a society it is doable to tell CHC members wherever they go that they were foolish to keep giving money to the church to the point they prefer to hide that they are from CHC. This will check their growth and that is important because Sun Ho is now in charge which must be understood as nothing in essence has changed.

I am disappointed that in general Christian leaders here have been more embarrassed than angry with Kong Hee. Pastor Benny Ho said this thing started in the Spirit but end in the flesh. Guessed he hasn't lived it to really know what he was talking about. It has always been the flesh in disguise as the spirit.

  1. There are always sheeple - people that behave like sheep
    And they get fleeced by these crooks who pretend to speak in the name of the Divine One. Imagine how many naive people genuinely seeking God get misled and lost faith as a result of these evil wolves in sheep clothing.
    In places like China, they probably get hung for good.

    1. You made an excellent point. Less able people with the similar ideologies taught him. I think one of them would be Canon Dr. James Wong. These teachers or mentors do not have the charisma and leadership skills to pull it off like Kong Hee did. So the nest is not dead even if the bird is caught. It will be producing more Kong Hees in future.

      To be practical we probably cannot stop the breeding but we can and must make the environment harder for them to appear and if that is impossible, easier to catch such types.

  3. There are many of KH-masters in US. When they get caught. they will play the sorry act in high dramatic mode and appealing for Christ-like compassion and forgiveness. Only stupid people or those with vested interest will lend their support to such crooks who in other "industries" would have gone to jail or be hung for good. It is really stupid to imagine they are acting on behalf of God - they just make a mockery of God and destroy other people's faith

    As expected the likes of James Wong and others will not try to "rock the boat" themselves - as their own pursuits may be in jeopardy. If possible, I am sure they will try to cover up for one another

  4. The trick is to keep your eyes, and faith, focused on the invisible. Never lose faith in the invisible when logic,common sense and reality challenge it. Basically, how can you argue against the invisible when the invisible is well, invisible. So head you lose, tail they will. If the result or outcome is good or favourable , then it is spirit. If result is bad, it is flesh then. No one dares to point the finger at the invisible.

    From beginning to their end, the invisible was their rock and their guide. The very same spirit all have been caught up in is calling the kettle black or in denial.

    Truth is, they are all stupid.

    CHC is just a warning or tip of an iceberg. The entire faith that stems from that religion is founded on very shaky ground and foundation.

  5. Indeed you are right. Religion is the best selling item - the peddler (especially the likes of CHC) need not prove that their god exist - as it is invisible. That goes the same for all those crony preachers who "came back from the dead" and tell you anything and everything you can just swallow wholesale.

  6. I am sure many of their followers pay up (or cheat on their tithes) because they need to "network" and strike their own business deals. These outfits are not different from clubs - so for God's sake, they should have the decency to keep Him-Her out of their endeavours

  7. We can assume that there is a higher intelligence at work but Christianity claim to an exclusive and intimate relationship with this intelligence has no truth in it.

    They all walked and guided by the spirit all right but the intelligence was never with or for them.

    They can invoke the intelligence through much prayers, worship and study of the holy text but the intelligence shall remain completely silent.

    Who is doing all the talking then?

    The serpent.

    Isaiah 14:13-18

    For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven,
    I will exalt my throne above the stars of God:
    I will sit also upon the mount(peak) of the CONGREGATION, in the sides of the north:

    I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

    Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

    They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying,
    Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

    That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof;
    that opened not the house of his prisoners?

    All the kings of the nations, even all of them,
    lie in glory, every one in his own house.

  8. Christianity is only slightly over 2000 year old - it is just a phase in God's revelation to us. These crooks who use Jesus and Bible to sell medicine are plain sinful and have no respect for the other world faiths which carry equally valuable advice of living in harmony with fellow humans and using the resources bestowed on us.
