Touch Family Services Mischief

Imagine that an annual pro family Red Dot event had been held at Hong Lim Park or even the Padang for several years. Then the Pink Dot came along and want to hold their event on the same day in a prominent location. The government would have said no. Now the situation is reversed and the party the government said no to was the Red Dot event. I don't think the government is taking sides here. It only want to prevent competition and escalation. Touch Family Services and Lawrence Khong had been mischievous. They want and they will succeed if given the chance that they could bring to the Padang far more people than the Pink Dot event could. This would be their opening for a more sustained anti LGBT campaign. How is this going to help Singapore society? I am just glad religion and politics are separate in Singapore.

Lawrence Khong and compatriots, your prayers have been refused even before the government said no.
