This is just dumb. Old Singaporean habits which die hard. Now they are caught.
When we have too little regard for the value of our intangibles and pawn them for something we can count like I had accused this government over the last couple of years, this is what you get.
Only recently, the low regard for our intangibles had caused a government earlier risk taking to backfire heavily on us in the Little India Riot.
The seeds of today's troubles were sown yesterday. There is nothing we can do except mitigate the damage.
Singapore is becoming the new name for sloppy.
