MDA rules: Yaacob thinks we are dumb

All because Parliament was in session and this was again raised I am reminded that Yaacob must be thinking we are dumb.

Look at how the rules were worded. Read and understand them as simply as possible. Sometimes the rule of  law here is very interesting. You don't know what is permissible, what is unacceptable and how large is the space in between. I first encountered such rules when I had to work with MAS years back. I checked with the lawyers and I they were as clueless.
