Fuzil Ibrahim, a good Malaysian voter

I was piqued by the last paragraph of the above story in the ST. I hope many Malaysian voters are like that. It would be good for Malaysia as it is for Singapore.

Voters here are demanding and the government is unhappy that we are not more appreciative. They conveniently ignore that is how we keep standards high and secure our future.

Look, these days everywhere people could build high quality buildings if they insist on them. The technology and management is readily available. We must do the same with government. The world will be a safer place if more societies make government as accountable as we try to here. Kudos to the Malaysians. I hope there are more like Mr. Fuzil Ibrahim. Too bad for BN because that will be the loudest message that their corrupt ways are no longer tolerated.

Thumbs up to ST for this article.
