Three Quarter Boiled Egg

I made the right decision to forgo the sophisticated steamer and prepare a three quarter boiled egg the old fashion way: 5 mins after the water boil for a medium size egg.

Come to think of it, I still do many of the chores the way I was taught or saw my late mom had done. They almost always work better.  One of the stupid decisions I made at Pine Grove was to invest in a vacuum cleaner that also mops the floor. It was very expensive, and often tripped the power, i.e., a complete failure.
