Why this fellow as the new PS for PMO?
Why a chap with so much internal security experience as the incoming perm sec for PMO? He had also been director of the ISD. Is this a coincidence or should I read more into this? Time will tell. Let's not see ghosts in this seventh month of the lunar calendar.
